Please note: all returns require an RMA #. Any and all returns sent back without an RMA # will not be processed. By emailing our returns dept. you agree that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions posted below.
PNP Games Return Policy
At PNP Games, we back our products by our 45 Day Guarantee. We guarantee that your item will arrive and be in great working condition. We will accept any item you have purchased from us for replacement that is not working correctly. Please read our return policy in full and contact us before the item is sent back so that we can ensure that we are able to process it quickly. We will provide our address for returning your item once the return is approved.
Note: Items sold as-is are final sale.
The following items must be returned directly to the manufacturer should they be defective:
- Items made by Datel (Including Action Replays)
- Imported items (any item which is imported from Japan, such as the Ceramic White or Silver Dualshock 3 PS3 controllers, PSP GPS, PSP Chotto Shots, etc...)
The items above are NOT eligible for refunds. You can obtain a replacement from the manufacturer only.
Please be sure to include a note with your return containing the following information:
- Date of purchase:
- Order ID:
- Reason for return:
- Details/notes if an item is not working:
- Person you were in contact with regarding your return:
- Replacement or refund preferred:
Refunds are only available on brand new items that have not been opened. We cannot issue refunds on BRAND NEW items once it has been opened, should the item NOT be defective.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once we have received it. We will contact you via email once your return has been processed. You have up to 45 days from the date you received a product to return it. Goods sent to us after 45 days or without an RMA# (Unless the item states otherwise) are no longer eligible to be returned and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Item purchased in error/by mistake
If you purchased an item by mistake or are simply unsatisfied with your purchase, we will refund you the amount that you paid for the item less a 15% restocking fee, provided that the item is not opened. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. On items which included free shipping, the re-stocking fee is 25%.
Item is defective/broken
If the item you purchased is defective, we will send you a working replacement. In the rare event that a working replacement is not available we will send a refund.
Item received is not what was ordered
If you receive the wrong item, DO NOT open the item if it is sealed. If you open the sealed item, we will not be able to process it as a return (even if shipped in error) as opening an item renders it no longer NEW. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of things from there. We will refund return shipping costs on orders where we shipped the incorrect item. In these cases, we will only refund the most economical shipping costs. We do not refund for insurance/delivery confirmation/signature or any additional options you may choose to purchase.
Refused items/Incorrect addresses
A delivery from PNP Games should never be refused. Any refused items are subject to our refused merchandise return policy. These items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All refused items will be refunded, less the restocking fees, shipping charges we incurred for sending the item out, and return shipping charges we were charged for receiving the item back to us.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Refusal of delivery for an order the customer wanted to cancel but could not because the product had already been shipped.
- Refusal of delivery of the product because the customer no longer wants it or due to "Buyers' Remorse".
- Refusal of delivery because the customer does not want to pay any import duties or fees imposed by a country's government. PNP Games is not responsible for any import fees as they may vary from country to country and we do not have any information or advice in regards to import duties.
We cannot mark your package as a gift, or declare it for a lower value.
- Failure to provide a sufficient address resulting in an incorrect or non-delivery, in which the merchandise is returned to us.
We will provide our return address and details on returning the item when you email our returns department.
